This picture, just released, shows Prince Charles Philip Arthur George, who celebrates his first anniversary on 14 November 1949, with his mother H.R.H. Princess Elizabeth, Duchess of Edinburgh. The infant prince weighs 21½ lbs, has cut six teeth, and can walk a few steps by holding on to the sides of his play pen. He is said to be tall for his age.
